Problems to do with previous post now sorted with the person in question.
Even though its still resulted in his departure from living with us, we are still friends and i wish him well in his new location
I would also like to thank him for being civil in sorting out such issues as this is a rare and precious commodity these days.

It has recently been suggested that certain financial arrangments at my house are below board.
I would like to say in the strongest possible sense that this is not the case.
One of the allegations is that the bills money (for Gas, water, electrisity and council tax) have been falsified by me for some nefarious purpose.
Below are the bill statements for the Gas, Electristy and council tax, i do not have the bill for water to show, otherwise i would.

The Water bill for the quarterly period (i.e. 3 calender months) is 64.70 a month giving a total of.... 194 pounds.
From this we can see that the total quaterly bills are......
500 + 199 +194 +122 (although council tax is monthly, this month was being paid as part of the quaterley bills) Gives a GRAND TOTAL of 1015 pounds.
In the house there are 4 people, 1015 pounds devided by 4 people is........ 253 pounds.
I charged people in my house 250 pounds each for the quartlery bills and ignored the 3 pounds ish to make it easier for everyone, not in any way to make a nefarious buck as has been suggested.
Secondly, the person who has made these claims who apperantly openly refused to pay such extortionate amounts of money did no such thing. On Friday night he asked me for my bank details so he could pay his rent and bills into my back account on satuday morning. This i provided for him and have since discovered that he has moved out all underhanded like.
Now i will not deny my house is NOT by any means the chapest to live in, especially considering less than a couple of months ago around half the household moved out to move on with their own lives which has put a strain on everyones finances, however everyone knew that it would be tight until we could find new people to take their place.
As for the personal allegations that have been made against my person, there has been a miss communication in details and i will not get into them as i do not believe that it would be fair either on myself or on the person who made them to drag that one out, however if he wishes to contact me to discuss such, i am quite willing.
As to the allegation that i paid 600 pounds for a friend of mine to visit from american, this is partly true however inaccruate. I paid 200 pounds to cover half his flight out of my student loan budget when the house was totally full and i did not expect there to be any problems. Since paying for that, many people have moved out so retrospectivley yes, it was a bad decicion i agree, but it was my money, NOT the households.

Been a year or so since we needed to advertise, however its time again to refill the rooms in the infamous plymouth fur house, Now with updated kitchen and dining facilities  .
2 rooms are soon to become available in the next 4-6 weeks (potentially MUCH MUCH SOONER)as some tennants are moving out due to expecting a hatching (( congrats to them !!))
For those that need a refresh....
The house is a large victorian terrace where all the rooms are large double rooms.
There is a comfy communal seating area with full cable TV and a wide selection of consoles and other entertainments.
The kitchen and dining area have just been completly and totally refurbished to provide a large and modern communal area suitable for cookign the greatest of culinary delights.
All of the rooms have their own network access to 20MB Broadband (soon to be updated to fiber under Virgins new policy)
Bathroom is currently undergoing renovation aswell, but should soon be completed .
Rent break down is as follows.
£280 Base rent.
£20 Coveres interwebs and tv subscriptions.
Optional payment of £50 which covers things such as toilet roll, washing powder, snak foods and sundries, and a hot meal in the evenings
The bills average out at 130 pounds per quarter per room.

Well i was trying to lead a very very frugal life last month. Attempt to get some savings together finally.
however in the levity of actually passing my university it seems i lost track of my spending and actually spent a hell of al ot more money than i thaught i did. i am now in quite serious danger of fucking things up....
damn.

Got an e-mail from my university department head today saying that he had had a meeting with the exam board about me being ill for a significant majority of the course this year and how my performance might be affected.
Turns out that affected or not, I passed the year well and only have to re-do 2 pieces of coursework over the summer that i was sick and couldent do last year.
so...ummm YAY!

7:25 pm - Potential house problems
|
Well my list of tennants is slowly deminishing,
My mate is moving out to get a job, which will be good cos it will get him experience he needs and reduce the cost of a few of his it services i pay for at the moment, But i will miss him lots when hes gone.
And today i found out that Blade will be going within the next 6 months too. This is going to make it virtually impossible for me to make the mortgage payments. I have a friend who will probably move in towards september, but that only replaces blades rent, rather than increase my income, and its not for certain anyway.
SO... if anyone who reads this fancies a place to live in about 5/6 months time. Drop me a line.
More details to follow as i get them.

Well i went for my interview today with the taxi company.
They gave me the job and my training starts on monday.
Re this i bought a new car. It wasent the nice car mentioned in my last post, but is a equally nice large MPV affair, but was a lot cheaper :) but i still had to get it on finance.
I am just waiting for my money to clear, and then i will be getting the car next thursday, as in the 28th...
just in time for my birthday!!

Well another year has turned and in 2 week (1st August) it will be my birthday.
In other news, i am starting a job as a Taxi driver. This could however cause a few problems
I will need a new car in which to do the job, i have found the perfect motor, but it is out of my price range.
*crosses his talons* Hopefully my usually money tight parents will give me a nice big B-day present.

Now i dont know about you, but i can remember a simple string of words. Such as a sentence, or "Large Big Mac mean with coke please".
I would assusme that most people i know are also capable of such amazing feats of mental ability.
So why it is, that so many take away people are incapable of this.
Today i asked for "A chicken doner with salad, hot sauce, but no peppers"
I got, a chicken donner with peppers.
Now i know that a lot of people who work in these places are either immigrants and therefore english is often not their first language, or they may simple not be the sharpest too in the box, but really, after working in the same job for years hearing "chicken donner with X, Y but not Z" for 8 hours a day, you would think an intimate understanding of the menu would occur.
Alas no....

Well, its been a very long time since i posted anything. and i wish my return to lj was under better circumstances. However, that is far from the case.
I have been forced into writing by a turn of events which happened today to a close friend of mine.
first some background.
My friend knows two people, person x and person y
Some time ago, my friend has consentual sexual relations with person X.
person y was a close friend of person x, but at the time there was no relationship.
Over the last day or so:(quotes are not exact, but approxamations of what was said)
Person y asked person x to be mates (in the furry sense).
Person x agreed and said that he had been saving himself for person y.
Person y asked my friend "There was a rumour that you and person x had sex a while back, is it true"
to which my friend said "yes. but there was never a relationship and its all over now"
So as of this morning, person Y was very angry with my friend for having sex with his soon to be mate.
and person x was angry with my friend because he had been honest and told the truth.
Later on today person y talked with my friend and they worked things out. My friend hadent done anyting wrong and had been honest about it. so that was ok.
(in my opinion my friend had done nothing wrong at all, consentual sex outside of relationship and made no attempt to hide it..... i see no problem, but there we go)
So my friend begins to feel better, that things work out..
but then...... the most dispiciable act of cowardice i have ever seen, or even read about.
Person y. Too scared to admit to person x that he had lied about saving himself has accused my friend of raping him even though there are several witnesses who clearly say it was consentual. Not withstanting the fact i have known my friend for the best part of a deccade and i would sware by my life that he would be incapable of such an act.
So now my friend is devestated, someone who he cared enough to have sex with has screwed him over. Person Y does not know what is going on and most likley no longer trusts my friend, even though he has never been anything other that completley honest in the situation. And to make matters worse, because of the accusation, serious legal proceedings may well occur, which although i am confident my friend would be found innocent, is a terrible and very traumatic thing to happen to anyone.
This hurts...on so many levels. How can someone be that fickle, that cowardly, that evil.. it amazes me.
However no matter how much the situation sickens me, my feelings, my pain are nothing compared to that of my friend.
You know who you are friend, i wish there was more i could do.

3:51 am - Recent stuffs
|
Well its been a long time since i posted, mainly cos i was living in a caravan.
I now have my new house, and a new life, kinda, as in its on the other side of the country and stuff.
But i still have the same friends and loves, which is very cool.
Things have been pretty good for me lately, so my thaughts are with those of you who have been having less great times.
I've only really got one thing to complain about and thats tuition fees... or rather my lack of payment of them. I was going to hold of paying until the start of my second semester in febuary, but the university are sending me angry letters wanting it now... which is problematic. Well in some ways its not, they'll just have to wait... but what is problematic is they sent the mail to my moms house, not mine... so she got very upset with me. which sucks.
other than that though, pretty good.
Atlhough its going to be pretty lonely this christmas, just me and my mate, which is lovley and all, but both of us are used to being in a house with lots more people in.

3:39 pm - Recent update.
|
Things of late have been slow.
Today I drive to my parents and then on the weekend I drive to spend a week with them in a castle in scotland. Ordinarily this would be an ok thing to do, but i simply dont have time.
The day after i get back from this i am going to be thrown into my new degree course, lets hope it goes better than the last one eh.
To top it all off, the attourneys/solicitors are taking ages closing the deal on my house, meaning i probably wont have anywhere to live for the first two weeks of univeristy down south in plymouth. YAY the trunk of my car is sooo comfortable at night.
Hopefully everything will come together, i still have 6 days in order to get my house, i only hope to god that once the contract is closed the person selling the house is in a position to move out immedatley.
In other news, i havent slept.

12:47 am - Theres something evil asunder!

Today something very very strange happened.
Lastnight when i parked my car after comming back from the store, i parked it in my parking bay as witnessed by the passagangers of the car at the time.
Today when i went to get my car, it had been moved by 2 spaces to the right.
The size of the parking space and its roof height, lighting, closeness of walls etc is all totally different so are the cars that are next to it
so at least one of us should have noticed if i HAD parked it in the wrong bay to begin with.
What the hell is goin on?
